About the Department
The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at ATME College of Engineering offers a four-year BE programme affiliated to VTU, Belagavi. The department combines a strong theoretical foundation with extensive lab work, projects and industry interaction to prepare graduates who are ready for the workplace and for higher studies.

Dr. Parthasarathy L
Welcome to the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at ATMECE — 'Emitting Elite Energy'. Our educational approach is rooted in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), experiential learning for strong theoretical and practical skills, collaboration with reputed training institutes for industry-relevant skills, and active encouragement of NPTEL/MOOC certifications for Honors and Minor Degrees. Our notable achievements include Ms. Safeena Shazia (Batch 2011–15) securing the 8th Rank in VTU, AICTE-MODROB funding for Cyber Security in Power Systems, and grants from KTECH-NAIN and KSCST for innovative projects. Our faculty have served as Academic Council members, BOE members and conference reviewers. Our students are winners in technical project competitions, hackathons, and sports at university, state and district levels, and actively participate in social awareness programs integrated into the curriculum, with annual cultural fests themed around impactful societal causes. We are committed to shaping future-ready engineers through innovation, values and industry-aligned learning.
